Active development of high technologies and universal computerization prophesies us a total failure from paper carriers of information and transition to electronic document management. However experts approve the return: paper volumes grow in activity of the enterprises every year. Besides, paper still saves the big legal importance. It turns out that complete transition to paperless document flow if happens, then still very at a distant day. Scan Archive. Standard

Program "Scan Archive. The standard" in streaming mode transfers accounting documents to the scan images and connects them to the relevant documents in 1C:Enterprise 8 base. The program allows to conduct archive the scan images directly in 1C, to control return of documents and it is easy to select the scan images at the request of partners and regulatory authorities.

"Scan archive. The standard" represents addition to standard configurations and set program a component for automation of scanning, the analysis and processing the scan images.

Features and program capabilities:

• Barcoding of the entering and outgoing documents;
• Automatic stream scanning. Admissible formats: jpg, png, bmp, pdf, tif;
• Import of earlier scanned documents;
• Automatic attachment the scan images to objects (documents, reference books) in accounting information base;
• Viewing, printout, unloading attached the scan images;
• Export the scan images for the objects which are selected by certain criteria.
• Statistic reports for control and planning of terms of filling of archive the scan images.

The product has the program license and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user.
