The Develonica company entering into Softline Group announced in May, 2014 project completion on creation of the "electronic office" system for Administration of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic. The multifunction portal created within the project allowed to increase efficiency of interaction of staff of bodies of the government of the republic.

The structure responsible for information support and informatization of bodies of the public and municipal administration of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic is State Budgetary Institution Natsionalnoye the "Information Centre at the President of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic" agency formed in 2001. One of the main directions it activity - infrastructure management of the electronic government of the region.

Relying on the existing target programs and the accepted strategy and concepts of formation of the electronic government, the information center made the decision on creation "Electronic "This system had to help us with achievement of several purposes at once, – Alexey Mikhaylov, the head of department of maintenance of systems and resources of the electronic government comments on premises of the project. – First of all, it was talked of the organization of effective joint work and creation of communications between employees of the distributed working groups of Administration and the different ministries of the region. Besides, it was important to us to organize uniform space which would accumulate and visually represented the complete volume of the diverse information which is available for us and documentation".

The Develonica company was attracted to implementation of this project, and the Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 platform became a technology basis of the portal.

"Use of SharePoint is an optimal solution of the tasks set by the customer regarding the organization of management, reliable storage, search and sharing of documents. Besides, SharePoint gives broad functionality for creation of the schedule system of working time which is also designated in customer requirements", – Vyatkin Dmitry, the head of sales of Develonica company notes.

Creation of the multifunction Internet portal with the structured library of documents, the reference information about employees, the news section, the module for the organization and carrying out video conferences by means of Microsoft Lync and the uniform calendar displaying the planned and current employee occupation became result of the works done by specialists of Develonica.
