Accession to Russia of the Crimean peninsula became the reason of closing of the Sevastopol office of SoftServe company, one of the largest software developers in Ukraine. The programming team decided to remain in Sevastopol and to organize the Russian company. She received the name "Alvion Europe" In the Crimea the new Russian software developer is formed .

The Ukrainian company under the name "Alvion Europe" existed since 2002 and was engaged in projects in the field of data processing for the American Alvion Technologies. In 2008 Alvion Technologies was absorbed by the competitor - Acxiom company, and the Ukrainian development center was sold in SoftServe.

Formally the office SoftServe is in process of closing till June 30, 2014. Compensations are paid to the dismissed employees. About 15-20 people from 200 employees of the development center moved to Ukraine, but most of them, according to Tsimbal, is going to return when determinancy with work in Sevastopol appears.

In 2013 the command earned $5.5 million revenue, and among clients customers from the public and banking sector and also from health sector dominated. Developments for different platforms (a web, mobile, clouds, on-promise) were conducted in different programming languages (PHP, .Net, Ruby, Java, C ++, Python).
