Technologika implemented in SLK-Motors Group of EDMS on Microsoft SharePoint

Technologika implemented EDMS with the SKIP elements in SLK-Motors For the purpose of reduction of time of decision making in the Company and improvement of control of execution of tasks the company management made the decision on system implementation of electronic document management with elements of a control system of execution of instructions based on Microsoft SharePoint. The Technologika company acted as integrator.

Work was broken into 2 large stages. The first stage included implementation CSEI (control system of execution of instructions) - the boxed solution of Technologika company that allowed to gain effect of implementation in most short time. Besides, thanks to modular structure of the solution SKIP, it was adapted for requirements of the Customer.

On the next stage the module of electronic document management was developed and implemented. In it the possibility of creation of different documents with certain attributes and access rights was implemented, such business processes as acquaintance, execution and approval were implemented. For some document types the special mechanism of approval and separate access rights was developed for viewing and editing documents.

Within the project work with all types of the electronic documents which are used in SLK-Motors Group was automated. Approval of documents is performed using the EDS (electronic digital signature). Process of approval of finance documents is integrated with the accounting system of the customer implemented on the 1C Platform.

A system is at a stage of commercial operation. By the end of trial operation in a system 1400 orders, more than 6.5 thousand outgoing documents and incoming documents, nearly 900 agreements and 31 thousand instructions were registered. According to the Customer application of an electronic document management system already released 20 thousand man-hours on working tasks, year on year it will allow to reduce 10-12% of working time of each user for benefit of other tasks.

A system steadily works already over a year and also gradually is replenished with additional functionality.
