To the middle of summer of 2014 Rosneft is going to create the portal for Board of Directors of the company, follows from the project documentation published in May. With its help the company expects to automate processes of preparation of materials for meetings of the Board of Directors, preparation and updating of the calendar and the agenda of meetings and also to provide the protected mobile access to materials of meetings for board members.
Development of the protected solution providing safe processing of the materials for meetings of the Board of Directors which are confidential information is required in view of mobility of board members and a geographically-distributed structure of their "permanent" jobs, specify in Rosneft concerning premises of the project.
Earlier process of preparation of the calendar of meetings of the Board of Directors of Rosneft, the agenda and materials was not automated, and for formation of the agenda of meetings, materials and accomplishment of mailing Microsoft Office and mail is used. Providing materials thus is complicated and unsafe, said in the project documentation.
In requirements to a system it is specified that it should support work to 50 simultaneous users. In addition to directly board members of Rosneft and persons authorized by them, to it the staff of the secretariat will also have access.
The system created for Board of Directors should be integrated with the mail server for mailing of notifications by mail and the directory of users of Microsoft Active Directory for authentication.
When using the portal from iPad tablets enciphering of transmitted data between the mobile device and components of an information system should be provided and also to be made data encryption, saved on the tablet, using means of cryptographic information protection on the basis of GOST cryptoalgorithm, said in requirements to project cybersecurity.
In development process and implementations of the portal it is going to involve experts of a security service of Rosneft and "RN-Inform" and also experts of technical services of the companies.
