SPEKTR-Group automates project management of the company

On May 26, 2014 the ASCON-Samara company announced project completion of delivery and system implementation of management of design data of Pilot:PGS for Spektr-Group LLC.

Project Results

Application of the Pilot:PGS system helped the company to resolve problems of information search and documents, inconveniences of collective work, duplication of information, impossibility of control over information movement between employees.

For May 26, 2014, according to information of partners in the project, on the basis of the Pilot:PGS system issue and control of design assignments and approval of the project documentation in electronic form, signing of documents using the electronic signature, accumulation in electronic archive of project practices is based. At the expense of the organization of electronic archive the volume of paper documents significantly decreased, search of the project documentation became quicker and more effectively.
