On May 27, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced a product implementation project "to 1C: Management of poultry farm", implemented by Vizard-S company for the benefit of JSC Upper Volga Poultry Farm.
Project Tasks
At poultry farm there was a "scrappy" automation on specific sites of accounting on the basis of several platforms, including "self-written" programs. The management received the managerial reports made by economists on the basis of aggregation of the sources given from a set. There were numerous ruptures of data on different programs: for example, the reference book of finished goods had 3 independent codings in different divisions of one technology chain. It was represented impossible - to understand causes and effect relationships of influence of different factors on results of works.
The operating system facilitated work of certain users, but did not provide necessary efficiency, detailing, reliability and data consistency.
The management of Agrarian Union group made the decision on complex automation of affiliated enterprise JSC Upper Volga Poultry Farm.
Project Progress
During preproject inspection the working group of the project stopped the choice on the program "1C: Management of poultry farm".
When writing "The concept of accounting" Vizard-S company simulated a control example on real data of poultry farm on complete technology chains.
First of all started the commercial block, automated all contiguous functions:
- collecting of requests from buyers;
- drawing up the order for production (a daily allowance for lethal workshop and week for workshop of deep processing);
- drawing up delivery routes of products;
- product delivery;
- pricing;
- production;
- assembly (complete set) of orders;
- shipment and package statement of accompanying documents.
During further works automated accounting of all production processes:
- accounting of parent herd and broilers by hen houses and gender and age groups – movements of a bird, additional weights, a case;
- accounting of incubator and commodity egg;
- accounting on an incubator;
- accounting of forages;
- accounting of release of workshop of deep processing on compoundings;
- accounting of work of workshop of utilization;
- accounting auxiliary and productions of services;
- material accounting on responsible persons.
Project Results
- The single system of accounting for all divisions of the enterprise allowing to analyze technology chains from purchase of chickens for parent herd before collecting of egg, an output of young growth, cultivation and a face of broilers and development of products of workshops of slaughter and deep processing is created.
- Almost all reports, including managerial, form in a single system that provides control over efficiency and accuracy of the data.
- Accounting moved to places of emergence of economic transactions. Thus, there was a change of an accounting paradigm at the enterprise – from now on accountants are engaged not in input of primary information, and the analysis of data retrieveds.
- The commercial service had an opportunity to see and analyze the most important indicator of work – order fulfillment level.
- The quantity of errors at the statement of primary documents decreased by 80%.
- Accounting is detailed to hen houses and herds that allows to analyze the factors affecting safety of a bird and to take remedial measures.
Alexey Ogonkov, the CEO of JSC Upper Volga Poultry Farm, noted:
- Specialists of "Vizard-S" jointly with specialists of poultry farm and management company managed to create the tool allowing to see all aspects of activity of such complex enterprise as our poultry farm for a year of hard work. Enormous work is done, and as a result now on each section of our technology chain we have control points which show the arising problems, and allow to react to them quickly. Besides, there are visible system problems, both is drawn already up and the plan for their solution is implemented.
