1C: Management of poultry farm

When developing the software product the experience got in the course of implementation of automated systems at such enterprises as Pavlovsk Poultry Farm LLC, Nevsky Poultry Farm Ltd, Vyksovo poultry farm, etc. was considered.

Software product "1C: Management of poultry farm 8" it is developed on the basis of the standard application solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8", and in it all its functionality and mechanisms are saved.

"1C: Management of poultry farm 8" is the complete industry solution covering all main guidance loops and accounting of manufacturing enterprise. It belongs to sales planning and productions, to sales management, production, purchases and stocks. In a system management of the relations with buyers and suppliers and also management of finance is implemented. Conducting accounting and tax accounting and also personnel management and payroll are provided. The software product allows to organize the end-to-end information system providing financial and economic activity of the enterprise and conforming to corporate, Russian and international standards.

In the program the possibility of accounting for the purposes of calculation of a unified agricultural tax (single agricultural tax) and also the separate activity-based accounting, assessed on different income tax rates, – agricultural and other activity is implemented.

Solution "1C: Management of poultry farm 8" is intended for creation of an information system on medium-sized and large enterprises of the industry of poultry farming and also on poultry-farming agroholdings.

The solution allows to organize the unified information system conforming to corporate, Russian and international standards, covering different tasks in financial and economic activity of the enterprise in t. h:

• accounting of a livestock on the heads and weight at the same time;
• accounting of a bird on cultivation batches;
• accounting of the egg put in an incubator on tab batches;
• accounting of processes of an incubation, cultivation, maintenance of industrial (parent) herd, collecting of egg, meat processing;
• automatic calculation of such industry indicators as additional weight, number of fodder-days, safety, egg production, etc.
• planning of processes of an incubation, cultivation and contents taking into account features of a cross;
• planning of consumption of a forage;
• forecasting of industry production indicators (additional weight, case, egg production, etc.)
• accounting of the movement fuel and lubricants and work with waybills;
• formation of forms of the regulated reporting of HSC.

"1C: Accounting of poultry farm 3.0" and "1C: Management of poultry farm 1.3" at the beginning of 2015 received the status "Compatibly! System of programs 1C: Enterprise". Solutions are intended for automation of medium-sized and large enterprises of the industry of poultry farming and also poultry-farming agroholdings. As of January, 2015 more than 140 industry members selected industry solutions for poultry farming, including — Sayansk broiler, Gvardeets Ltd, Druzhba poultry farm, Experimental breeding economy of the Siberian research institute of poultry farming of the Russian Agricultural Academy and others.

Description of functionality

In addition to opportunities of the standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise", the Management of Poultry Farm configuration considers specifics of the enterprises of the poultry-farming industry, conforms to the Russian and international standards of accounting and also the recommendations of the Ministry of Agriculture and provides following features:

• accounting of a livestock on the heads and weight at the same time;
• accounting of a bird on cultivation batches;
• accounting of the egg put in an incubator on tab batches;
• accounting of processes of an incubation, cultivation, maintenance of industrial (parent) herd, collecting of egg, meat processing;

The subsystem Management of motor transport which is light version of 1C: Motor Vehicle Management - joint development of 1C and 1C-Rarus companies is added. The new subsystem has the following functionality:

• statement and processing of waybills of the truck time (Form No. 4-P) and price-work (Form No. 4-C).
• calculation of normative and actual fuel consumption;
• calculation of development in waybills by different parameters;
• preserving of data upon transition to the complete version of the product "1C: Motor Vehicle Management"

Management of poultry farming

The subsystem Management of poultry farming covers all types of activity of poultry farming: incubation, cultivation of young growth, maintenance of industrial herd, collecting of egg and also meat processing.

For accounting of a bird use of two units of measure – "the number of the heads" and "weight" is provided. At cost accounting that unit of measure which is selected from quality the main is used. The program allows to keep account of a bird by gender and age groups, for example "Young growth broiler 1-43", "Young growth of a layer", Cockerels, etc. Account of a bird is kept on batches, batches are defined at the time of landing of a bird. The possibility of cost accounting by batches is implemented.

The accounting of egg is carried out on characteristics and categories. For tracking of egg which is on an incubation batches are used. In the program it is possible to calculate cost value of the brought bird by egg batches.

Automatic formation of the unified report forms, for example "The report on the movement of the cattle and bird on a farm" on f is provided. No. SP-51, "Card of Accounting of the Movement of Young Growth" on f. No. SP-52, "Card of Accounting of the Movement of an Adult Bird" on f. No. SP-53, "Report on Workshop of an Incubation" on f. No. SP-29, "Production Report on Processing of a Bird and Production Yield" on f. No. SP-56, etc.

Accounting of production of forages

Tasks of recognition of release of a forage and of transfer of a forage to a bird are solved using a subsystem "Accounting of production of forages". Also the possibility of determination of planned requirement in a stern on batches of a bird depending on the expected size of a livestock, age of a bird and her cross – Belarus-9, "Dawn-17", etc. is implemented. The cross of a bird is result of selection work and is characterized by a number of parameters – average annual egg production, average mass of egg, etc.

Using the report "Planned requirement in sterns" it is possible to obtain information on existence of forages and also to calculate the value of need for them. For transfer of a forage to hen houses directly during the work with a report form it is possible to create the document "Internal order".

For tracking of the movement of forages at the enterprise the industry solution contains standard form No. ZPP-37 "The report on the movement of bakery products and a container on elevators and warehouses".

Poultry farming planning

Possibilities of a subsystem "Poultry farming planning" allow to plan stages of an incubation, cultivation and keeping of a bird. For automatic formation of the plan two types of parameters are used. Normative measure values of crosses – safety of young growth, duration of an incubation, output %, cultivation duration, etc. belong to the first type. The second type of parameters contains information on the capacity of work centers, i.e. hen houses and hatcheries which can change within a year, including depending on a season.

The special tool "The assistant to planning in poultry farming" is intended for simplification of planning process. With its help it is possible to set the list of stages which need to be planned, work centers in which they should be executed start and end dates of stages and also the volume of loading of work centers.

Possibilities of planning of industry solution allow to obtain information on planned quantity of the daily chickens transferred to cultivation, the expected young growth volume for transfer on a face or for transfer to industrial maternal herd. For obtaining evident summary information on loading of divisions industry production processes it is possible to use the report "The load chart of work centers of poultry farm".

The report "The plan-fact analysis of industry production indicators" allows to compare planned measure values to the actual results and also to analyze their deviation.

Besides, thanks to the opportunities of forecasting implemented in the solution it is possible on the basis of data on landing of a bird and the entered standards of a cross automatically to calculate the expected indicators on a batch of a bird – a case, the size of a livestock, forage costs, egg production and an additional weight in future periods.

The regulated industry reporting

In a subsystem "The regulated industry reporting" formation and automatic filling of forms of the reporting for producers of agriculture are executed. Form including "The report on industry indicators of organization activity of agro-industrial complex" on f. No. 6-APK, "The cost statement on the main production" on f. No. 8-APK, "Data on production, costs, cost value and sales of products of crop production" on f. No. 9-APK, "The report on means of target financing" on f. No. 10-APK and other reports.

Control of motor transport

The subsystem Management of motor transport of industry solution is light version of the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8 software product – joint development of 1C Company and 1C-Rarus company.

The statement and processing of waybills of the truck for time are provided in a subsystem (on f. No. 4-P) and price-work (on f. No. 4-C) to work of drivers. Calculation of a standard cost of fuel is executed and account of the actual expense is kept. Calculation of development of drivers for different parameters is provided in waybills.

If the enterprise needs automation of work of dispatching office of vehicle fleet, repair accounting, planning of maintenance of motor transport, calculation of regulation of fuel taking into account seasonal allowances and working conditions and also other functionality, it is recommended to use application solution 1C: Motor Vehicle Management 8".

Industry solution "1C: Management of poultry farm 8" is delivered with a set of interfaces. It allows to provide to each user depending on his role an information access and to program mechanisms which are necessary for it.

To the small and medium enterprises, for which functionality of industry solution "1C: Management of poultry farm 8" will be excessive, for the purpose of automation of accounting and reporting it is offered to use the industry solution "1C: Accounting of poultry farm 8" developed jointly by 1C Company and 1C-Rarus company.

The Management of Poultry Farm configuration is developed on the basis of the standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise", an edition 1.3 systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all main opportunities and mechanisms of this standard solution. The configuration is not the independent software product, its work requires the set 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform (not below version 8.2.19) or 1C:Enterprise 8.3 (version 8.3.3.687 above) in necessary quantity of workplaces.

The software product is protected and contains the code fragments which are not subject to change by the user, has hardware protection against unauthorized use. At the same time the principle of the maximum openness of the code for a possibility of adaptation of a product under needs of end users is implemented.
