On May 27, 2014 The First BIT company announced completion of implementation of business solutions of bits.Phone and BITS. Automatic telephone exchange in the BRUS-OK production trading company.

Project Tasks

"BRUS-OK" works with clients across Russia, and in connection with growth of number of telephone addresses before the company there was a question of employee performance. For quality improvement of customer service it was supposed to organize a management system for calls and their subsequent analysis.

During search of the solution representatives of the production trading company got acquainted with opportunities of the software solution of bits.Phone - for automation and optimization of work of contact centers and increase in efficiency of managers. During negotiations with representatives of the solution designer, provided to top management of "BRUS-OK" product BITS. Automatic telephone exchange - the telecommunication platform intended for creation of telephone services of any complexity. As a result reached the agreement on implementation in "BRUS-OK" of both products.

Project Results

As a result of implementation of BITS. The automatic telephone exchange of "BRUS-OK" refused mobile communication and completely switched to landline numbers that allowed to save the funds allocated earlier for payment for the services of the mobile operator. Implementation of bits.Phone helped to pass the companies to the IP telephony, using all its advantages, to create the single database about customer interaction and to have an opportunity of its operational analysis. For the most effective implementation specialists of First BIT carried out setup of the program according to requirements of the production trading company to "BRUS-OK" of the specified opportunities of bits.Phone.

Project implementation led to acceleration of processing of the orders for 20% coming to the company. Use of electronic cards of clients gave the chance to managers - to see up-to-date information about calling that it positively affected quality of the service provided by the company.
