"The confidential Investment Company" implements management tools the reporting

On May 29, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced automation of Doveritelnuyu Investitsionnuyu Kompaniyu LLC implementation of software "1C-Rarus: Back office".

Project Progress

The customer company gave preference in the choice of the instrument of automation of accounting to the program "1C-Rarus: Back office". Project implementation executed 1C-Rarus.

Project Results

Activities for individual trust management of assets of clients are automated. In a new system the possibility of corporate actions is implemented:

• charge and dividend payout,
• automatic the bond redemption and coupons for the specified period,
• management of monetary transactions.

"1C-Rarus: The back office" automatically loads and updates the reference book of the Central Bank from NDTs, the reference book of futures and options of FORTS, the quotation of MICEX, RTS. The program helps with reporting taking into account resolutions of Federal Commission on Securities and Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and also allows to unload data in the electronic questionnaire of FFMS. Reports can form at the same time on several clients, automatically remain in files of the xls format and go to the e-mail addresses of clients.

Automation half reduced the number of routine transactions, reduced labor input of accounting, increased customer service quality and controllability investment company.
