The Telecom-Express company, the Russian outsourcing contact center (OCC), summed up the results of the first year of providing service of Videozvonok to clients in May, 2014.

The service of Videozvonok developed by Telecom-Express company represents a possibility of visual interactive communication between the call center operator and the client.
