2019

TrueConf bought IntegrIT

IntegrIT, a domestic manufacturer of VKS systems, has become part of TrueConf, a manufacturer of collaboration software in Russia and Eastern Europe. The completion of the acquisition of IntegrIT TAdviser was reported on March 27, 2019 in TrueConf. The amount of the transaction in the company did not disclose.

According to TrueConf representatives, both companies have a portfolio of solutions that "effectively complement" each other. It is expected that the expertise and technologies of IntegrIT will help TrueConf in the near future to offer new solutions in the field of VKS infrastructure and terminals for video communication. Customers in Russia and abroad will have the opportunity to purchase a comprehensive solution for servers, meeting rooms, workplaces and mobile employees, fully compatible with hardware VKS, from one manufacturer, the company emphasized.

As of November 2013, the main activity of IntegrIT was the development of complex software solutions for hard real-time systems, as well as the provision of professional services.

In 2013, the company developed along the path of creating and accumulating intellectual property (IP) products and had professional-level solutions for the following areas:

• Radio communication and data transmission over radio channels (SDR). This is primarily a cross-platform implementation of the protocol stacks of the APCO 25 trunk network (FDMA), as well as DMR (Digital Mobile Radio, TDMA). Based on our solution, base stations, repeaters and mobile radio stations of Russian and foreign manufacturers of radio equipment have been operating for several years.
• Processing and transmission of voice over IP networks and radio channels. VoIP IntegrIT solutions are used in VoIP telephones, gateways, routers, servers transcoding equipment manufacturers of the first tier (1 Tier customers). A distinctive feature of our solutions are our own unique robust acoustic and linear echo cancellation and noise cancellation algorithms, high performance, cross-platform, and versatility.
