OZ-Engineering automates production management

On June 2, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced an implementation project of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system in O3-Engineering company.

Project Tasks

The IT park of customer company consists of 50 computers on which programs of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system are actively used. Possibilities of temporarily coming IT specialist did not close all requirements of the company. Having faced the poor performance of the accounting program, unstable work of a local network, failures in operation of the server hardware, e-mail, the company asked for the help in 1C-Rarus. The requirement - to adjust high-speed performance of software, to guarantee stability of operation of the equipment, to organize remote access to resources of the company for branches.

Project Progress

For a year of cooperation with specialists 1C-Rarus is carried out a complex of the works directed to improvement of service of IT structure of the customer:

• the local network is partially rebuilt,
• the server hardware is set up,
• the domain structure is implemented.
• work of "1C:Enterprise 8" is transferred to SQL Server,
• the control and management system for access is optimized.
• the equipment is set up and upgraded,
• the new server is installed,
• data backup into external storage is organized,
• the VPN data access for partners of O3-Engineering company is provided.

- Having noted positive trends in work of an information system, we signed the agreement on subscriber services about 1C-Rarus, - Vasily Mokrov, the CEO of O3-Engineering noted. – Today forces 1C-Rarus quickly resolve the arising issues, works are carried out as far off, and at our office. We transferred to the jurisdiction of experts service of all IT equipment, and these are servers, automatic telephone exchange, the ACS, network equipment, local networks, printers and so on. 1C-Rarus administers the system software of the company, far off works with information systems of branches, interacts with IT service providers, advises our users. As a result we got access to huge base of experience and knowledge accumulated by specialists 1C-Rarus. We not only accelerated operation of the equipment, but also increased satisfaction of personnel with work of the IT park.

Project Results

• The number of incidents is reduced, a downtime of the equipment is reduced.
• Problem solving on requests of staff of O3-Engineering accelerated.
• Branches and partners quickly obtain necessary information on a company performance thanks to existence of remote access to information base.
• High performance of the 1C:Enterprise 8 system is provided.
• The functionality is expanded and reliability of work of an IT environment is increased.
