Sukhoi consolidates data for financial statements

On June 3, 2014 it became known of transition of the reorganized JSC Sukhoi Company to a uniform format of the financial and economic reporting on the platform of the solution "1C: Consolidation". System implementation is carried out by specialists of CROC company.

Project Tasks

In the course of reorganization of JSC Sukhoi Company three legal entities — JSC Sukhoi Design Bureau, JSC KNAAPO and JSC NAPO im V. P. Chkalova joined the head company. Total number of the staff of the organization was 26 thousand human.

"A problem of merge — always multidimensional. First, it is necessary to prepare correctly the final reporting of the attached societies and introductory — new. Secondly — to create the tool in order that the reorganized company could submit the uniform reporting in time. To lead all design offices and the plants to a uniform denominator, huge work was done. The project team consisting of methodologists of Sukhoi Company and specialists of CROC constructed the single system of preparation of the reporting integrating data of all branches irrespective of the used accounting system. It allows to create 5 sets of the reporting (accounting records, income tax, a value added tax, statistical reporting, the departmental reporting) under four branches of JSC "Sukhoi Company". Collection of information is transparent now, and labor costs on reporting are minimum. For example, technically formation of a set of accounting records from 71 reports about more than 4 thousand lines (or 20 thousand indicators) requires all now a couple of hours while on manual processing and data purification weeks would leave" — Sergey Meshcheryakov, the director of the department of public relations of JSC Sukhoi Company told.

Project Results

The project is implemented on the basis of the solution "1C: Consolidation 8 PROF". The number of users of a system, thanks to the maximum automation of procedures, is minimized and makes a little more than 200 people.

"Each of the attached companies has the specifics both from the production point of view, and in terms of an IT landscape. For accounting several systems are used — "1C Accounting" 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management Oracle E-Business Suite Parus BAAN. The created single system contains about 200 report forms and more than 2 thousand control ratios for check of correctness of the report that significantly reduces the probability of human errors. About 20 programmers and consultants, 10 methodologists and 40 accountants — participated in its creation from our party from the customer. The project was implemented in time and within the set budget" — noted Maxim Andreyev, the director of business applications of the company CROC.

"The project basis — the 1C: Consolidation 8 PROF system — has a number of the functionality necessary for preparation and the analysis of the consolidated statements in such large companies as JSC Sukhoi Company.
