365 Command

365 Command are scalable service of management of an environment of Microsoft Office 365.

The product presents an alternative to the command line interface Windows PowerShell in the form of the web interface eliminating need for use of scenarios of PowerShell for the general tasks of management, reducing costs of time and means. The solution has flexible reporting system which provides instant visibility of an IT environment for convenient management and decision support.

The simple interface in use makes available:

• the Exchange Migrator functions — for easy migration from physical Exchange in Office 365;
• templates of mailboxes — allow to apply the centralized settings to groups of mailboxes, managing access, quotas and many other necessary functions;
• intuitive panels — provide the fast Exchange-environments overview;
• converting of mailboxes between free and licensed, and vice versa;
• big and flexible tool of the reporting under mailboxes, groups, mobile devices, permissions, licensing and many other parameters;
• the detailed access control — allows users to carry out only those tasks to which access is provided to them;
• control of permissions for mailboxes — at the level of a mailbox or folders.

365 Command give opportunities:

• customer management through uniform login (for providers of IT services);
• expanded management of the user systems (profiles), including recovery of passwords, mailings, management of user groups, cleaning of profiles of recently deleted (nonexistent) users and many other things.

The solution provides access control of mobile devices — the table of types of the devices belonging to users of Office 365 helps administrators to browse the parts connected with each device including time synchronization and the access levels of the device.

2014: 365 Command 7.0

On June 4, 2014 the Kaseya company announced an output to the market of the new version of products from a product portfolio of the company, in particular 365 Command v.7.0.
