Aurora ESM

The aurora of ESM is the software of an electronic document management system on the Alfresco ECM platform.

A system implements the business processes connected with processing of incoming documents. It is all documentation which arrives from any organizations or from individuals. By default processing of incoming documents includes the next stages: acceptance of the document, its registration, consideration by the head and transfer of the document for execution. A system allows to edit routes of incoming documents.

ECM provides and provides:

• processing of the entering, outgoing and internal documents
• processing of citizens' appeals
• subsystem of work with instructions
• subsystem of stream scanning
• EDS subsystem
• integration subsystem about SIEI / ^[1]

The product helps to organize two types of storages: a system for operational document storage and full-fledged electronic archive of the organization. In processing documents are located on operational storage in structural division according to the described nomenclature of affairs. After the storage life specified in the nomenclature clerks and responsible for storage reconsider case, and make their destruction or report to archive of the organization.

The software automates the business processes and functions connected with documentation which goes on behalf of the organization to the outside world. By default processing of incoming documents includes: approval and signing of the document by the head, registration and sending.

The aurora ESM has the unique and convenient system of document retrieval on any signs. Among opportunities which are given by the solution:

• intellectual text search,
  • search in ranges of dates,
  • by types and document types,
  • to lifecycle statuses,
  • to roles and addressees.

The system of search allows to refuse use of the filtered tabular submissions of document lists practically. Developers saved in electronic form all classical deeds registers and provide different methods of document classification at access to archive.
