Enghouse Interactive Communication Center (EICC) is the contact center entering a portfolio of Lync-compatible solutions – since May, 2014 it is set in the Technology center Microsoft in Moscow.

Lync-compatible solutions bring remote communications to new level. The contact center based on these solutions equally well and steadily works on the PC, Mac, tablets and phones. The solutions Enghouse Interactive are the instrument of step-by-step migration from traditional telephone solutions on the Lync platform for the purpose of creation of universal multimedia means of communication for business.

After passing of necessary test procedures on compatibility with the Microsoft Lync platform, the solution it became available to partners and clients of Microsoft who have an opportunity to estimate all functions of modern flexible multimedia contact center directly in the presentation hall of the Technology Center Microsoft.

Nick Applegarth, the managing director of Enghouse Interactive in regions of SEMEA and CIS notes: "The Microsoft company was impressed by our capability quickly to localize the solution according to requirements of the Russian market and to provide user support on places. These requirements were key for making decision on implementation of EICC and coproducts of Enghouse, including a Lync-compatible recording system of calls and quality control, on the platform of the Moscow Technology Center".

The Enghouse Interactive company has experience and special knowledge in the field of solutions for Lync and already made great progress, implementing contact centers based on this platform. Enghouse Interactive already implemented 88 projects for the last 15 months, and, together with considerable promotion in the Russian market, these digits continue to increase.
