Nosevich Vyacheslav Leonidovich is the CEO of GU Public institution "Belarusian research center of electronic documentation" (BELNITSED).

Biography

Vyacheslav was born on July 20, 1957 in the city of Vitebsk.

From 1964 to 1974 studied at high school No. 86 of the city of Minsk.

In 1974 arrived on evening department of faculty of journalism of the Belarusian state university which graduated in 1982.

Since 1974 worked as the toolmaker's pupil at the Minsk plant of gear wheels.

In 1975 and by 1977 served conscription military service in AF of the USSR.

From 1978 to 1982 worked as the manager of library of the Minsk regional children's clinical hospital.

In 1982 worked as the laboratory assistant on a hozdogovorny subject of the sector of archeology of zones of new buildings of Institute of history of Academy of Sciences of BSSR under the leadership of Georgy Vasilyevich Shtykhov.

Since 1983 worked in staff of the same institute, in the sector of archeology of the medieval period which was headed by Pyotr Fedorovich Lysenko.

In July, 1986 received a position of the junior researcher of Institute of history of Academy of Sciences of BSSR.

From 1990 to 1991 - the applicant of an academic degree at department of archeology of department of history of MSU.

Since July, 1991 worked as the junior researcher in department of special historical disciplines of Institute of history of National Academy of Sciences of Belarus. Since June, 1992 - as the research associate.

In 1991 defended the dissertation on the subject "Population and Demographic Processes during Era of the Lower and Middle Paleolithic (Experience of Computer Simulation)" in the specialty 0/7/06 – archeology, at Moscow State University. The academic degree of the candidate of historical sciences is awarded.

In 1993 and for 1997 worked in Committee on archives and office-work of Republic of Belarus, headed department of the public heraldic service.

In 1998 worked as the director of the Belarusian research center of electronic documentation (BELNITSED).

Since February, 1994 teaches on department of history of the Belarusian state university.

Married. Two children: Oleg's son of 1980 of year of birth and daughter Elena of 1986 of year of birth.
