Ekolos implements EDMS

On June 16, 2014 the IT-Consult group announced project completion of system implementation of corporate document flow of DIRECTUM in Ekolos group.

Project Tasks

The customer set for specialists IT-Consult the task of creation of a single universal electronic platform for document storage and implementation of business processes of any complexity, taking into account rapid quantitative and high-quality growth of residents of corporation, a set of vertical and horizontal communications, a variety of platforms and a geographically-distributed structure of dealer network.

Project Progress

By June 16, 2014 the hardware-software DIRECTUM platform is prepared and brought into operation. More than 60 employees of corporation are trained. Are implemented the main business processes, the so-called "Classical document flow" including registration procedures, issue and control of execution of instructions under resolutions and also preparation and approval of white papers. A part of tasks, specific to the customer, - obtaining requests and preparation of commercial offers is implemented.

For the organization of remote work of employees the web access allowing to work in a system from any computer having Internet connection is organized.

Project Results

Document transfer terms were reduced, control of execution of instructions and resolutions of the management became simpler and also costs for supplies significantly decreased.
