"The world of the childhood" automates "field" tasks

On June 16, 2014 Agent Plus knew of an implementation project " in the company the World of the childhood.

Project Tasks

In September, 2013 the company management decided to begin project works of providing sales representatives with the electronic directory, operational information about the prices, an order status, the means of formation of orders allowing to exclude repeated input, but already with modern mobile devices.

Ivan Kuznetsov, the head of department of information systems of the company the World of the childhood, told: "We very carefully selected software. In our market there is a lot of automation systems of sales representatives, and everyone has strong also weaknesses. As a result the choice was narrowed to three systems: Chicago, "ST Mobilnaya trade" and Agent Plus which as a result was also selected. This system most suited us on functionality, on the one hand, and at cost — with another. Besides, it has a flexible system of licensing. And at last, Agent Plus is open for development. As a client system we use 7-inch Samsung tablets on the Android platform".

Project Progress

In February, 2014 started a pilot part in the Moscow region.

Project Results

Are reduced a labor cost on processes of approval of documents, search of necessary information. Resources are saved.
