ST Mobile trade.Chicago " is the automation system of mobile trade developed for the large network companies. The complex allows to integrate remote branches in the general information network, automates work of personnel out of office, control, the analysis and planning of activity of "field personnel".

ST - Chicago 2.0

The core of a system is designed to provide stability of a system in the present and also opportunities for its development in the future. Separation of a system into layers (data access, business of logic, the interface) allowed to lay the foundation for further creation of web data access. The new user interface became more ergonomic and flexible for setup. "ST - Chicago 2.0" works based on MS SQL Server DBMS 2005 that, according to the developer, allowed the speed of work with a system increased. Within backward compatibility also MS SQL of 2000 is supported. A system supports basic processes of mobile trade: sales "from wheels" (Van Selling), work on the preorder (Pre Selling) and collecting of marketing information (merchandising) and also allows to manage activity of sales representatives and merchandisers on the distributed network of distribution of the sector of FMCG.

According to the developer, a system is focused on use by the large companies having an extensive network of distribution. A system supports the centralized operation mode when the database is established at the central office of the company, and users work with it far off. As reported, in the new version the data exchange rate with the central office increased, administration and technical support of a software package became simpler. In a system operational reports based on pivot tables without use of Excel are implemented, several new ready reports are added. There was a possibility of change and preserving of formats of reports, at placement of fields of the report in the field of data the user can specify a method of calculation of total value for each field.

Earlier to outlet the price list entirely was appointed. For implementation of individual approach to clients a system allows each buyer or outlet to quote the prices only of the selected goods now (on groups of goods). For convenience of accounting of goods the functionality of work with "mixes" is added ("mix" is the set consisting of several goods grouped for participation in a promotion action). During creation of "mix" goods, it components, their quantities and an interest-bearing deposit in the price are specified. The sales representative works in the CPC with "mixes" while at the central office in reports these "mixes" are decomposed on components the producer could see sales on each of the goods.
