Group of companies on communication and IT of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic automates information transfer about charges and payments

On June 17, 2014 the BSS Engineering company announced implementation of an information system of the region of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic on the platform of the solutions "Accounting of Charges and Payments" (ICs UNP) and "the Module of the Administrator of Charges" (IC MAN).

Project Tasks

Implementation completes the project of automation of information transfer about charges and payments from executive authorities and local government of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic in GIS GMP through SIEI. The project is custom-made the Ministries of Communications and Information Technologies of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic.

Project Progress

For ensuring electronic exchange, the information system of the region automating processes of activity of the customer and suppliers of the public and municipal services is created:

• formation of notifications on charges on the party of service providers;
• obtaining notifications on charges from service providers;
• transfer of notifications on charges from the customer in GIS GMP;
• receiving by the customer and service providers of the facts of payment from GIS GMP;
• obtaining results of handshake of charges by service providers;
• accounting of notifications on charges, facts of payment and maintaining register of services by the customer.

Implementation of "the Module of the Administrator of Charges" is carried out (IC MAN) within a complex implementation project of the IC of the region.

Project Results

Interaction with GIS GMP is performed by means of the regional System of interdepartmental electronic interaction of the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic connected to federal SIEI. The information system of the region is created on the basis of the solutions "Accounting of Charges and Payments" (ICs UNP) and "the Module of the Administrator of Charges" (IC MAN).
