STC Russia, airline (Pulkovo) (Global-HRM)

The Business of Technology company (file) completed the main stage of the project on implementation of a personnel circuit of the Global system in Federal State Unitary Enterprise State Transport Company Russia.

The airline manages the Pulkovo airports in St. Petersburg and Vnukovo in Moscow. The number of her employees exceeds 500 people.

A new HRM system should replace a number of software products of different developers, having exempted users from repeated input of the same information in different packets and also to remove questions of data exchange and control of mismatch of information in different bases.

In September, 2007 business diagnostics of the enterprise was carried out, and to the middle of November a new system was already unrolled and brought into test operation in department of work and the salary and in personnel department. From the middle of November setup of algorithms of payroll calculation and their testing and also installation of a system in settlement department of accounting was made.

Since January 1, 2008 the modules Global-HRM (personnel management) and Global-Salary (payroll calculation) are brought into commercial operation. As a result in a common information space about 25 users work.

A HRM system is in real time integrated with the accounting Microsoft Dynamics AX program and with the customized application for OpenSky/Crew airlines.

By the customer's estimates, payroll calculation duration in a system is about 20 minutes. Processing of sheets (on each working), orders, holidays, sick-lists, business trips and other documents entered by users for a settlement period is during this time made. Besides, a system allows to work with the adjusting sheets for last months and implements a possibility of the automated recalculation.
