2020: Organization of service AIS
Lanit-Terkom (enters into group of CHEEKS) will carry out complex service of automated information systems of city level of computer center of collective use Housing. Specialists of the company will be engaged in support and development of eight systems of the state enterprise. On July 29, 2020 LANIT reported about it.
Key feature of work with similar projects — ensuring absolute uninterrupted operation. All systems should work round the clock and maintain heavy loads that users did not lose to them access even for a short time.
Information systems of city level SUE VTsKP Zhilishchnoye hozyaystvo is a billing of 1.5 million personal accounts, volume of the database of 35 terabyte in size and one-time service of 500 users. The command LANIT-TERKOM will accompany systems: "Tenant", Monetization of social benefits, "Settlings with service providers", "A payment for non-residential premises", "The automated workplace", "the Workplace of the Accountant 2.0", "the Housing Relations. Center of industry calculations" and Platform of Applications.

"LANIT the Northwest" offered options of upgrade of the Tenant system
In the fall of 2014 the LANIT Northwest company (enters into LANIT group) developed concepts of upgrade of a system of the city Tenant level for the state unitary enterprise "Computer Center of Collective Use of a Diversified Complex of Housing" St. Petersburg.
Specialists of department of the information systems "LANIT Northwest" defined priorities of development of SGU "Tenant" in the conditions of modern economy: requirements imposed by users to the centralized automated system were analyzed and the reasonable conclusion about need of its upgrade is made.
Based on the acquired information experts of the company developed several options of improvement of a system and practical recommendations with display strong and weaknesses of this or that option of implementation. Implementation of one of the offered versions of the concept of SGU "Tenant" will provide use of all potentialities of computer center for the solution of the tasks set for it.

Maintenance and completion of the Tenant system
The LANIT-Terkom company executes (information of summer of 2014) maintenance and completion of a system of the city Tenant level which provides calculation of a payment for housing and communal services for 70% of housing stock of St. Petersburg, and automated information system Monetization of social benefits which automates calculation of privileges and subsidies for residents.
The project is implemented since March, 2014. The customer – the state unitary enterprise "Computer Center of Collective Use of a Diversified Complex of Housing" (SUE VTsKP).
Systems should function round the clock 7 days a week. It defines high requirements to their reliability, reservation of nodes and permanent condition monitoring. A core of systems – the Oracle database with the calculation module developed on PL/SQL. Systems provide simultaneous connection of hundreds of accountants of management companies for input of indications of metering devices on different services, for example, to hot and cold water supply.
Terekhov Andrey, CEO of Lanit-Terkom Ltd: "The main information system of computer center was developed by different contractors within ten years. As a result the system of the unitary enterprise was not structured and sometimes required manual inserts and corrections. The management SUE VTsKP decided to correct it. LANIT-Terkom won tender for maintenance and reengineering of a system. The first month of work was very intense: our programmers booked audit of a system and revealed all problem zones. Now we support full and smooth functioning of the existing system and also we think over the offers on architecture of future system".
