"All tow trucks of Russia" completed testing of service

On June 20, 2014 the NP GLONASS company announced completion of tests of interaction of a system of the emergency reaction at accidents of "ERA-GLONASS" and All Tow Trucks of Russia service.

Project Progress

Cooperation of operators of contact centers of "ERA-GLONASS" will help to translate, if necessary, the call which came to a system, to All Tow Trucks of Russia service. When processing a call from the car which had an accident the manager "ERA-GLONASS" can specify whether are required for the driver of service of the tow truck, and in case of affirmative answer, along with sending a card of a call to a system-112, a call will be transferred to dispatching service "All Tow Trucks of Russia". Further on a voice communication the driver will be able to confirm a call of the tow truck and to specify order parameters.

"Basic function of a system of the emergency reaction at accidents – reduction of arrival time of emergency services on the scene. On the basis of the ERA-GLONASS system providing the various additional services connected at the request of the car owner is also possible, - Evgeny Belyanko, the vice president on strategic development of NP GLONASS noted. - Interaction with the All Tow Trucks of Russia system will help to make more available to the driver one of the services necessary at emergency".
