History

2015: NP GLONASS and "All tow trucks of Russia" signed the agreement on cooperation

On October 1, 2015 within the V International congress "ERA-GLONASS" agreement signature between NP GLONASS and a startup graduate of IIDF "All tow trucks of Russia" took place. The parties will perform joint activity in the field of provision of services of technical assistance on roads as to car makers who offer such service for warranty cars, and to owners of vehicles who need the help in a way.

The All Tow Trucks of Russia project will be able to sign agreements with car makers on rendering service "the help on roads" based on infrastructure of the ERA-GLONASS system. In case of signing of the contract the service will be is provided to cars within warranty service.

Also the All Tow Trucks of Russia service will act as the contractor on provision of services of technical assistance and evacuation for those drivers who got into a difficult situation on the road. When processing an emergency call the call center operator of "ERA-GLONASS" can specify whether are necessary for the driver of service of the tow truck, and in case of affirmative answer to transfer this information to the All Tow Trucks of Russia system, and then to transfer a call to emergency services for the organization of reaction. Further, having received information card from the ERA-GLONASS system, the operator of the All Tow Trucks system on a voice communication confirms a call of special equipment and specifies order parameters.

Tests of interaction of a system of the emergency reaction at accidents of "ERA-GLONASS" and All Tow Trucks of Russia service successfully came to the end in June, 2014. They confirmed a possibility of the automated sending the request for evacuation and technical assistance from the ERA-GLONASS system to the dispatching center "All Tow Trucks".
