Content

On June 20, 2014 the 1C-Rarus company announced the project in the Eltem scientific and production enterprise - software "1C: Trade Management 8" is implemented. The integrator in the project is the Novosibirsk branch "1C-Rarus".

Project Tasks

Vyacheslav Olegin, the head of department of complex sales of department of Eltem medical equipment, told: "More than 90% of our clients are public institutions. Projects are often stretched on time. From the moment of opening of the transaction and before its end there can pass 2-3 years. Before implementation of a new system project information was conducted in the Excel program. In it there is no opportunity to trace the history of the carried-out works, to recover quickly what documents are written out to the supplier, to analyze changes in the project for long time of its existence. Against the background of business development and in the conditions of the competition we needed to pass to a new stage: arrange and structure work on all transactions of department of complex sales, conduct history of each client, analyze a projects status with the purpose to exclude defects and to effectively lead each transaction to success. The CRM strategy of the company was in great need in the automation equipment".

Project Progress

Specialists of the Novosibirsk branch "1C-Rarus" carried out express inspection of processes of work with clients during which particular purposes and tasks of the automation system:

  • consolidation of information on transactions in the centralized storage
  • maintaining history of interaction with clients/suppliers
  • maintaining history of interaction of managers of sales and product managers within
  • control over activity of the selling division from the management.
  • possibility of the analysis of process of the transaction in dynamics and summary results of work on transactions.

According to the results of inspection the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product is selected. The functionality of the solution corresponded to tasks and required the minimum changes under specifics of business. Start of a system without upgrade of the computer park, at the minimum investment volume into IT infrastructure, caused need of lease of the software. Access to the 1C: Trade Management 8 system is implemented by means of remote connection via the Internet to the server 1C-Rarus on which information base is unrolled.

Project Results

The created system helps to solve problems:

  • accumulate the history of work of sales department in uniform base;
  • fix contacts and interaction between the company and the client during each sale;
  • conduct summary base of transactions, to quickly analyze their current status and results.
