CDC Group completed the project of business process automation of a direct delivery (van selling), collecting of orders (pre-selling) and merchandising in satellite navigation system Group, the distributor of tobacco products of British American Tobacco in Russia.
In the company the management system for mobile trade Optimum was implemented and also integration with the systems of SAP was executed. Within three months a system was brought into commercial operation in 35 branches of the company. Activity more than 1300 sales representatives of the company more than in 100 cities of Russia is in total automated.
In addition in the company the module "Monitoring and Routing" entering a geographic information system Optimum of GIS is used. With its help in the company plan optimal routes of sales representatives, provides control over activity of mobile employees by means of satellite navigation.
