GIS optimum - a geographic information system.
Optimum of GIS it is intended for gps- monitoring of transport and control of fuel consumption, optimization of transport logistics, planning of routes of exit personnel, control over activity of mobile employees (operational repair crews, service engineers, sales representatives, agents, merchandisers, etc.) on the basis of technology of satellite tracking by data GPS/GLONASS.
The solution GIS Optimum allows to lower transportation costs and to reduce expenses of the company. It is reached for the account:
- automatic formation of an optimal route for agents and delivery drivers using electronic cards taking into account motion speed on different sections of the road that reduces the general distance in kilometers of routes on average by 15-20%
- reduction of number of runs and decrease in number of the used motor transport by optimization of its loading
- cutting of costs for fuel and lubricants for 30-35% thanks to a possibility of the instruction in the route sheet of exact distance in kilometers of a route, optimization of routes and control of fuel consumption
- release of the resources occupied in the course of scheduling as automatic transfer of coordinates allows the manager to control more than the performed flights, and the dispatching service from the mode of permanent reaction passes into the mode of warning of non-staff situations
The modules "Monitoring" and "Delivery" which are of OPTIMUM composition are intended for process automation of transport logistics and tracking traffic. Control of accomplishment of the current route is exercised on the basis of the preset diagram of movement on key points of passing of a route (a control point, a parking point, a point of gas station, etc.). The current location and a route of movement is determined by coordinates of the GPS tracker of the vehicle, transferred to a server part of the OPTIMUM system by means of GPRS/SMS through networks of cellular operators.
The module OPTIMUM of the GIS "Monitoring" allows to reduce the costs arising owing to unjustified idle times of vehicles and deviations from routes, provides up-to-date information about location and movement of cars on the electronic card. The program allows to control indications of any sensors installed in the car (fuel consumption, opening of doors, breaking glasses, etc.).
The module OPTIMUM of the GIS "Delivery" automatically expects optimal loading of vehicle fleet, proceeding from the available orders, route duration taking into account the spent time for shipment and the general distance in kilometers and return a warehouse for additional charge. The program allows to optimize planning of a route, proceeding from frequency curve of points, keeps account of "delivery windows", the volume of a body, type and a class of transport, loading capacity and prioritizing of points. The module "Delivery" prints a set of necessary documents: route sheet, loading delivery note, report of forwarding agent, paper copy of the waybill, delivery note, invoice, consignment note, etc. documents.
On September 7, 2012 from materials on the page of the website of the company it became known of an exit of GIS OPTIMUM version for Android OS.
2018: Seat belt control system
The Sidisi (CDC) group together with "Institute of Development of Digital Economy" (IDDE) (the resident of Skolkovo Foundation) expanded functionality of schedule system of delivery routes and satellite monitoring Optimum of GIS based on a digital intellectual technology platform "the Optimum 5.0". The implemented changes will allow transport companies to cut down in addition expenses due to decrease in quantity of penalties of traffic police, to enhance discipline and to reduce risk of road accident and also to minimize the reputational risks connected with damage of a load.
Within development of the solution "GIS Optimum" developers of Sidisi Group and IRTsE created the double control system of a seat belt based on visual fixation of its provision and indications of sensors. The functionality will allow transport companies to strengthen control of discipline, to reduce costs on payment of penalties and unreasonable insurance payments (in cases when not fastened driver suffered in road accident) and also to reduce the number of the incidents having negative effect on reputation of carrier.
The first part of the solution controls a belt latch — a system gives the alarm if the sensor did not work. The know-how which is based on the controller with the permitted radio protocol is the cornerstone of its construction. A power supply of the device is made by regular opportunities of the car, or from the portable external accumulator.
The second part is expected drivers who fasten a belt, but pass it behind the back. For control of provision of a belt a system, using the special managed algorithms, photographs the driver with the set frequency, on an event or at the request of the logistician from a server part. Existence of a belt and its correct provision is automatically determined. The special avtoself mode also allows to control behavior of the driver at ways and observance of corporate standards in a cabin. Besides, a mobile part of the GIS Optimum system warns the driver about approach to dangerous sections of the road and controls the high-speed mode.
We develop a digital technology platform Optimum for creation and operation of the high-loaded solutions of Internet of Things already of fifth generation, what is called "a 5G ecosystem". Use of really working platform allows us to improve constantly more than 10 high-performance functional solutions of a line Optimum, including the class "management system for transportation". Control of provision of a belt, the high-speed mode and "smart" motivation to observe PPD is not just tools for decrease in transportation costs, is that directly improves safety of processes of transportation, reduces risks for people, protects reputation of the companies, helps to ensure timely delivery and safety of a load — the president of Sidisi (CDC) group, the CEO of IRTsE Hussein of Az dawn commented on expansion of systems capabilities. |
2016: Modules are added to a system
On August 2, 2016 group CDC told of functionality of a geographic information system of OPTIMUM.
The module "Schedule of Forwarding Agents" helps the logistician to make the working schedule of delivery drivers for week, month, etc., noting the working, output, hospital, holiday days. Afterwards these data are used at automatic calculation of delivery routes.
In the module "Driver's Card" information on the employee — the Full Name, phone, the address and so forth, including - numbers and validity periods of the car driver license and policy of the CMTPL is accumulated. When some of documents it is necessary to replace or prolong, the OPTIMUM of GIS reports about it.
In this module time worked drivers which is considered when routing further is noted. For example, if for the last two days the employee carried out driving 20 hours, a system automatically excludes him at the rate of routes according to regulations of the labor law.
In "The driver's card" data on style of driving and behavior of the forwarding agent are stored in run. A system obtains data on sharp braking / accelerations, rolls, speeding, etc. from the tablet fixed on the meter panel or a windshield of the car.
If necessary the camera of the device can photograph secretly the employee driving, without flash and with the set frequency. This information helps the head to calculate performance indicators (KPI) of the driver and to motivate him to observance of traffic regulations and accepted standards of behavior driving.
