On June 23, 2014 the LAN ATMservice company announced the forthcoming project of service of ATMs of Russian Regional Development Bank.
Project Tasks
The LAN ATMservice company became the winner of competition on service maintenance of ATMs of the Russian Regional Development Bank (RRDB). According to the contract the company will execute repair and maintenance of 780 ATMs, ensuring of them smooth operation in 26 territorial subjects of the Russian Federation.
The network of devices of self-service of VBRR is provided by different models of the equipment: the line of NCR ATMs, most popular in Russia, – Personas, the equipment of the last generation – NCR SelfServ ATMs and also Wincor Nixdorf ATMs. The structure of the equipment serviced LAN ATMservice switches on both office ATMs for cash disbursement, and the full-function devices intended for introduction and issue of money.
Project Progress
Within the signed agreement LAN ATMservice will provide complex maintenance of the second level of support (SLM) of all ATMs of bank. The company will execute for VBRR the list of works, including repair of ATMs with delivery of necessary spare parts, prevention of the equipment, calculation of damage from vandalism, service and repair of video surveillance systems and support of personnel of the customer on technical issues. In addition employees of the bank will get access to the system of Incident Management Octopus developed LAN ATMservice. A system allows to place requests for repair of the equipment and also to monitor in real time work progress and to receive the reports necessary for quality control.
Sergey Limasov, the commercial director LAN ATMservice, noted: "The Russian Regional Development Bank selected LAN ATMservice after careful assessment of our resources and opportunities. For the last few years we increased three times the park of the serviced equipment and reached a point of 35 thousand devices. The staff of engineers of the company grew to 350 people. We opened new own service centers and representations at the expense of what our engineers execute operational repair to 1.5 thousand cities and localities of the country. Annually we accept 3-4 thousand new devices on service. It is sure that in our person the bank will receive the responsible and reliable partner".
