2018

Distributor GRGBanking in Russia

In August, LAN ATMservice received the right to sell GRGBanking payment kiosks and deposit machines in Russia, as well as carry out warranty and service support of this equipment. LAN ATMservice expects that the signing of this supply agreement strengthens its position in the market.

New co-founders

In 2018, according to the Contour-Focus service, Alexander Mikhailov, financial director of Lanit Group of Companies, and Sergey Limasov, sales director, also co-founded the company. Both have 10% each in the authorized capital of LAN ATMservice. Victor Sacks as of 2018, the co-founders are no longer listed, and 80% in the authorized capital of the company is with Andrei Vladimirov, general director of LAN ATMservice.

2017: Becoming a Trusted Partner from NCR

At the beginning of the year, the developer of omnichannel software and hardware payment solutions, NCR, named LAN ATMservice (part of the LANIT group) as its trusted partner in 2017. The Russian company received the status of Trusted Partner under the international partner program NCR Interact Global Partner Program.

2015: Change of founder

In 2015, according to the Contour-Focus service, the company changed its founder. Instead of Lanit International LTD, registered in the British Virgin Islands, the company was co-founded by Victor Sacks, technical director of the Lanit banking technology department, and Andrei Vladimirov, general director of LAN ATMservice.

2011: Partnership with NCR

Until 2010, Lanit was Diebold's main partner in Russia for 13 years, but then cooperation ceased, and the Russian integrator began selling NCR ATMs. LAN ATMservice became the supplier of ATMs and services NCR in Russia in 2011. Under the terms of the contract, the company received the right to sell NCR SelfServ ATMs throughout Russia. In addition, LAN ATMservice will provide maintenance and repair of sold NCR ATMs.

Thanks to this, NCR hoped to increase the volume of sales of its equipment and services in the Russian market, which the corporation considered as strategic, including through technical support for NCR equipment and other manufacturers.

The capabilities of LAN ATMservice were considered by NCR as an addition to its existing resources in Moscow and other large cities of Russia in order to expand the channels for the implementation of its equipment and technical support services, including the repair of NCR ATMs and other manufacturers, to financial institutions throughout the country. In this case, LAN ATMservice acts as a single service organization, including providing post-warranty service to ATM networks.

Retail Banking Research London * predicts the growth of the ATM market in Russia by almost 54% from 93,000 units in 2010 to 143300 in 2015. NCR is the largest supplier of ATMs in Central and Eastern Europe.

2010: Building a Company

As a legal entity, LAN ATMservice was formed in 2010. Then, according to the Contour-Focus service, its founder was Lanit International LTD, a company registered in the British Virgin Islands.
