The LAN ATMservice company specializes in deliveries of ATM and bank booths, rendering services in maintenance of the equipment (including FLM and SLM) and providing a broad spectrum of solutions and professional services for effective operation of networks of bank terminals.

History

2020: Purchase of BTE company

As TAdviser knew in August, 2020, BTE was purchased by the LAN ATMservice company which is a part of Lanit. As well as BTE, LAN ATMservice works at the market of technologies of bank service. One of shareholders of BTE - Maxim Nikitin - as a result of the transaction became a shareholder LAN ATMservice and held a position of the managing director of the company. Read more here.

2018

The distributor of GRGBanking in Russia

In August LAN ATMservice acquired the right to sell payment booths and the deposit machines GRGBanking in the territory of Russia and also to perform warranty and service maintenance of this equipment. In LAN ATMservice calculate that the signature of this agreement about deliveries strengthens its positions in the market.

New cofounders

In 2018, according to Contour-Focus service, Alexander Mikhaylov, the chief financial officer of Lanit Group, and Sergey Limasov, the sales director became cofounders of the company also. Both have on 10% in authorized capital LAN ATMservice. Victor Sacks as of 2018 in cofounders is not registered any more, and 80% in authorized capital of the company - at Andrey Vladimirov, CEOs are LAN ATMservice.

2017: Obtaining the status Trusted Partner from NCR

At the beginning of a year the developer of omnichannel software and hardware payment solutions the NCR company called LAN ATMservice (enters into group of CHEEKS) the entrusted partner in 2017. The Russian company received the status Trusted Partner within the international affiliate program of NCR Interact Global Partner Program.

2015: Change of the founder

In 2015, according to Contour-Focus service, at the company the founder was replaced. Instead of the Lanit International LTD company registered on the British Virgin Islands Victor Sacks, the technical director of the department of banking technologies Lanit, and Andrey Vladimirov, the CEO LAN ATMservice became cofounders of the company.

2011: Partnership with NCR

Till 2010 Lanit for 13 years was the main partner of Diebold in Russia, but then cooperation stopped, and the Russian integrator began to sell NCR ATMs. The supplier of ATMs and services of NCR in Russia LAN ATMservice became in 2011. Under the terms of the agreement the company acquired the right to sell NCR SelfServ ATMs in all territory of Russia. Besides, LAN ATMservice will provide maintenance and repair of the sold NCR ATMs.

Thanks to this NCR expected to increase the sales amount of the equipment and services in the Russian market which the corporation considered as strategic, including due to technical support of the equipment of NCR and other producers.

The possibilities LAN ATMservice were considered NCR as addition to the resources which are already available for it in Moscow and other large cities of Russia to expand sales channels of the equipment and services in technical support, including repair of NCR ATMs and other producers, to financial institutions through the whole country. LAN ATMservice in this case acts as uniform service organization, executing including post warranty service of ATM networks.

The Retail Banking Research London company * predicts growth of the market of ATMs in Russia almost for 54% from 93000 units in 2010 up to 143300 in 2015 of NCR — the largest supplier of ATMs in Central and Eastern Europe.

2010: Creation of the company

As the legal person LAN ATMservice was formed in 2010. Then, according to Contour-Focus service, the Lanit International LTD company registered on the British Virgin Islands acted as her founder.
