On June 27, 2014 it became known - Hyatt selected the supplier of communication solutions of Unify and Arrow S3 system integrator (division of Arrow Electronics Inc.) as contractors in the project of creation of contact centers for the hotels. Integrators will deploy the solution OpenScape Contact Center and will provide complex technical support.
Project Tasks
For smooth and effective operation of hotel contact center it is necessary the exhausting set of convenient means for communications, to managers – the analytical tools which are giving clear and having practical value indicators of each customer interaction. In the management of hotel chain hope that the solution OpenScape Contact Center will provide to employees necessary tools and valuable information for high-quality provision of services to clients of Hyatt.
The solution OpenScape Contact Center should be deployed for 750 agents in three points of placement in the USA. The system of a voice communication will be provided by OpenScape Voice.
