The introduction of Microsoft Dynamics NAV for the large Finnish supermarket chain Prisma continues. Long-term cooperation between Awara and Prisma began back in 2008, in the near future it is planned to develop the system (in particular, working with a number of modules of the new version of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2013)

Since the system was implemented from scratch, the main results for the customer are complete automation of activities and an implemented system of international and Russian reporting, which allows you to provide correct and formalized data to the head office in Finland. The implemented system works successfully in many customer offices.

  • new processes have been worked out, the company's activities fully comply with Russian legislation, the operation of the system began promptly and with the constant support of Awara IT Solutions developers.
  • developed a tool to automate alcohol declaration
  • Accelerated financial reporting process
  • a unified system for collecting, processing and transmitting information on warehouse and trade and procurement processes has been created to centralize the formation of the assortment, increase forecasting efficiency and minimize "human risks."

Prisma is the leading retail chain in Finland (part of the S-Group holding). Today Prisma stores are present in all the Baltic countries, and in recent years the chain has gained popularity in the North-West of Russia. 11 supermarkets and 6 hypermarkets have been opened in St. Petersburg. Important elements of positioning and growth are its own-brand products and high European service. Active international cooperation imposes not only high requirements for the competitiveness of production, but also impeccable compliance with all international financial reporting requirements. In St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, it is planned to open about 30 customer stores.
