On June 30, 2014 the CTI company announced the beginning of execution of works in the project of service maintenance and comprehensive support of IT infrastructure of regional offices of ORANTA insurance company.

Project Progress

Specialists of CTI support smooth operation of the automated jobs (AJ), the peripheral and office equipment, render to employees of the customer of service in installation and setup of system, office and application software, including on completing and primary installation of operating systems for new automated workplaces, optimization of their work, resolve issues of diagnostics and fault recovery of a computer hardware and the software.

Feature of the project for the customer - services of complex IT outsourcing are delivered upon the address at emergence of specific incidents, without subscription fee.

Project Results

The service package from CTI increased flexibility of IT services of ORANTA company, improved control and controllability, increased performance by means of decrease in time of idle times of IT infrastructure.

Project implementation considerably reduces the number of failures of the equipment, as a result - customer loyalty level grew.
