In April, 2015 the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) supported the petition of Promsberbank Ltd in connection with purchase of 100% of authorized capital of Oranta insurance company. Thanks to this transaction Promsberbank Ltd will be able to enter insurance business, and will provide to the clients not only bank, but also insurance services. It is going to sell policies of Oranta insurance company through departments of Promsberbank Ltd. At the same time the Oranta company will continue the activity in insurance market, and will be engaged in risks insurance of clients of Promsberbank Ltd. Earlier (from December, 2008 to April, 2015) the OPAHTA Insurance company was a part of one of the largest European financial insurance groups EUREKO (Holland).

2010

In 2010 the Ekspertra rating agency confirmed to OPAHTA Insurance company the rating of financial reliability of class "A" (the high level of reliability).

According to researches of Ekspertra rating agency the OPAHTA Insurance company enters in Tor25 of the largest insurance companies of Russia.

Essential factor of financial stability is high quality of reinsurance protection. The company cooperates with the largest international reinsurance companies: Hannover Re, SCOR, Partner Re, Polish Re.
