"1C-Bitrix: Management of the website" in Mostransavto

Develonica entering into Softline group announced in July, 2014 project completion on creation of the multifunction website and the internal corporate portal integrated with it for the Mostransavto enterprise. The developed resource gave to passengers an opportunity to keep track of location of transport in real time, to look for and study the schedule by number of the bus, the name of the station of the subway or a stop and also to plan routes taking into account the operating travel cards.

Tasks

Mostransavto aims to increase efficiency and to simplify customer interaction and partners. For this purpose the management of the enterprise initiated the decision on creation of the modern interactive web resource allowing to inform citizens on functioning of transport, to acquaint partners with organization activity and the purchases which are carried out by it. In addition, Mostransavto was required to optimize a part of internal business processes.

Customer Feedback:

According to the results of competitive selection as the partner of the project the Develonica company having extensive experience of development of multifunction portals and also integration into their structure of geographic information systems was selected. The platform 1C-Bitrix in edition "Business" intended for implementation of large-scale web projects became a technology basis.

Project Result:

Creation of the multifunction Internet resource consisting of the external website adapted for mobile devices and an internal corporate portal became result of Develonica of works done by specialists. In addition to extensive opportunities regarding informing on traffic the website allows passengers to be aware of the operating actions and privileges always. For partners and corporate clients on the portal information on purchasing activity of Mostransavto is provided and also there is a possibility of the order of transport and lease of premises.

The new resource promoted significant reduction of time expenditure of employees - both on accomplishment of daily duties, and for work with more major problems and joint projects.
