Lafarzh Tsement implements power supply control facilities

On July 3, 2014 RTSoft company announced participation in creation of the scheme of power supply of new cement works in the Kaluga region – JSC Lafarzh Tsement.

Project Progress

RTSoft performed works for substations of the plant of 220 kV of "Lafarzh" and on the distribution point of 220 kV feeding substation Camps of Federal Grid Company.

Within construction of RTSoft cement works the software and hardware complex of telemechanics (PTK TM) on the basis of SPRECON controllers delivered on PS 220 kV of "Lafarzh" and organized transfer of telemetered informations from PTK of substation in PTK of CCN of the Prioksky enterprise Main Power Networks of the Center (FGC UES). It allowed to integrate an object into the Power pool system of Russia according to requirements of FGC. For the organization of the temporary security circuit of the transformer RTSoft performed delivery of the terminal of differential protection (DZT).

Project Results

Specialists of RTSoft performed erection, autonomous setup works on objects and provided personnel training.

On a distribution point of 220 kV Camps the RTSoft company put in trial operation the PCS based on PTK SMART-SPRECON. The architecture of the Camps IS PCS allows to manage remotely system operation from CCN of Prioksky PMES.
