The Kuban agroholding develops a management portal documents

On July 2, 2014 it became known of the project of creation of the portal of documentary management for Kuban agroholding of the Systems and Projects group. As the platform own ECM products of integrator are used.

Project Tasks

"Activity of the customer means a huge number of documentation — Sergey Biryukov, the director of implementation of the Systems and Projects group told. — It is incoming correspondence, it is a lot of agreements — on purchase, sale, lease. The organization totals several thousands of people — we registered five levels of management, from the CEO to the manager of a farm. Thereby, a system will cover all business processes which mean exchange of documents".

According to project plans, "Systems and Projects" on the next stages of automation implementation of management subsystems meetings and protocols, projects and requests, tenders and agreements is necessary to the contractor. Besides, the portal will include the register of partners, the register of control objects and electronic archive.

System implementation of management will help to concentrate all corporate activity with unified information environment that is very relevant as the agroholding has a large number of the geographically distributed divisions working with the mass of partners.

Within further development of a system it is necessary to implement GIS component which will provide representation on the portal of geospatial data (in a binding to documentation) about farms, fields and other objects of agroholding. Integration with a corporate system of accounting at the 1C Platform and a specialized management system for farms of Afimilk is planned.
