The city administration of Tambov automates property management

On July 2, 2014 it became known of a pilot project in the Tambov region where implementing solution " is necessary to BARS. The municipality is Property management" by request of city administration of Tambov. Contractor company of the Pro.

Project Tasks

The project is directed to creation of a system of centralized accounting of municipal property and transactions with it.

All profile information in a system should be grouped in registers, for example, to be stored in the register "Municipal property" information on real and personal estate, the information about their owners (municipal unitary enterprises, organizations, etc.). It is supposed that the result of the project will create conveniences to users.

A system will support maintaining electronic archive of documents (agreements, claims, reconciliation statements and so forth), formations necessary reports. Depreciation of objects, their residual cost will be monthly calculated with its help.

In a project deliverable, the special-purpose regional committee, as expected, will have an opportunity to involve unaccounted objects in business activities, to quickly obtain information on the debt of tenants, to control use of objects to destination, to create declarations of their sale, leasing and to publish on available public portals.
