BARS. Municipality - Property management - a software package for ensuring complete and relevant accounting of all objects of the state (municipal) property and accounting of transactions with it.

A system is capable to increase process performance of object management of property of the region, municipal entity, the large owner, having made the land and property relations of all interested participants more open and transparent. According to the results of implementation the centralized single database of property of the subject of the Russian Federation including regional and municipal property will be created and also procedures and decision making processes in this sphere at the level of the subject of the Russian Federation taking into account requirements and specifics of each participant of process are improved.

The solution is created on own technology platform of BarsUP which proved in projects on creation of the flexible, configured, scalable and productive solutions. The platform contains the component of a business intelligence "Alpha BI" which is also developed by BARS GROUP and responsible for creation of interactive reports with graphic visualization on key indicators. Use of own technologies allowed a product already on start to enter the register of the Russian software.

A system involves unaccounted objects in business activities, assists in assessment of volumes of a non-tax income and to control execution of the made decisions and use of objects of the state (municipal) property to destination, thereby increasing the level of social and economic development of municipal entities and quality of life of the population.
