The city administration of Khabarovsk implements automated information system

On July 3, 2014 the Laboratory of Free Solutions company announced start in operation of automated information system of the public (municipal) services (AIS STATE SERVICES) by request of city administration of Khabarovsk.

Project Results

Within the project of automation providing municipal services in electronic form is organized. Citizens had an opportunity to submit applications for rendering services by means of the municipal portal of administration of the municipal entity. Identification of applicants is performed using a unified identification and authentication system (Unified identification and authentication system). For applicants there is no need of input of personal data, all necessary data are autocompleted. The application issued thus, together with the attached set of documents, automatically gets to the responsible specialist of administration at once that will allow to accelerate process of rendering services considerably.

Electronic interaction with federal web services of Rosreestr, the Federal Tax Service, Federal Migration Service by means of the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction (SIEI) is provided. Having expert focus, the AIS STATE SERVICES analyzes the available set of documents at the applicant and automatically creates requests in departments for obtaining the data necessary for rendering municipal service.

For ensuring high-quality and fast rendering services function of formation and sending interdepartmental requests of documents for which providing structural divisions of municipality bear responsibility is implemented. Process of rendering service does not require paper interaction between specialists of administration.
