Apogey-Metall implements a complex of means of operational accounting and management

On July 7, 2014 The First BIT company announced end of the complex project on creation of a management system in Apogey-Metall company.

Project Tasks

Business growth became premises by the beginning of the project - at increase in the customer base it required to save high quality of services customers. Manual control by communications with clients imposes some restrictions with a growth of number of deliveries and expansion of geography of regional presence therefore the management of "Apogey-Metall" made the decision on the beginning of cooperation with Savelovsky office of The First BIT company for business process automation.

Project Progress

At the first stage the 1C: Trade Management program was integrated with "BIT:CRM 8", the functionality of the CRM solution is built in the 1C software product as add-on modules that allowed to work with all data in uniform information base, without using exchange mechanisms.

For complex service of orders specialists integrated the IP telephony of "Infinity IP PBX" and the website created on the platform 1C: Bitrix.

Development of the website included creation of info units, sections and static pages, creation of functionality Personal account, functionality Feedback (with a possibility of the choice of the addressee), "Order a call", development of the Control of the Order function, creation of a product catalog (with filters), creation of opportunities for processing and maintaining the order (a possibility of unloading from "1S:UT" on the website and back, in process of changes of an order status).

The management system for internal information resources of Apogey-Metall company is constructed on a basis "1C-Bitrix: Corporate portal". For accounting a system provides automatic selection of necessary data and their transfer in "1C: Accounting 8".

For carrying out employee assessments of the company, employee competence rating, the organization of online access to information on the professional grade of personnel, the company management of "Apogey-Metall" made the decision on acquisition and implementation of the software product "1C: Personel assessment". For process automation of personnel management, personnel records and payroll embedding in a single system of management of the application solution "1C: Payroll and HR Management" is implemented.

For consolidation of budgets of branches of the company, acceleration of reconciliation procedures, maintaining the plan-fact analysis, experts of the contractor integrated "1S:UT" with the BIT .FINANS program.

For the analysis of business information and adoption of highly effective solutions, the IT structure of Apogey-Metall company includes the QlikView platform - users had a report settings opportunity about results of activity in different cuts, situation estimates by means of consolidation of important data from different sources in the uniform application, evident representation using effective modern graphics, work in an interactive mode with applications, dashboards and analytical tools.

Project Results

The automated system is created by means of integration of a line of software products: "1C: Trade Management", "BIT: CRM 8", "1C: Accounting", "BIT .FINANS", "Infinity IP PBX", "1C: Personel assessment", "1C: Payroll and HR Management", 1C: Bitrix and QlikView. The functional covering of all requirements of the enterprise for questions of accounting and business management is reached.

• 220 jobs are automated.
• The efficiency of sales and marketing activity grew by 12% without staff increase of employees.
• The possibility of the analysis, acceptance of business solutions and distribution of efforts of personnel on the basis of objective data is implemented.
• Operational and forecast production planning was reduced by warehouse stocks by 9%.
• The period of accomplishment of orders was on average reduced by 12 hours.
• The analysis of a current status of business allowed to optimize business processes of functioning of commercial service, as a result conversion of addresses of customers became almost absolute,
• The automated preparation of the regulated reporting according to requirements of the legislation released 2 working days of financial service during delivery.
