On July 9, 2014 the GMCS company announced the kept project of process automation of planning and accounting of cards and PIN codes by request of Tricolor TV company, on the basis of the latest Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 platform.
The project for Tricolor TV operator is implemented within creation of the new uniform BSS solution designed to solve at once several important problems: improve processes of self-service of subscribers, optimize work with dealers, accelerate an output of new products and services to the market, to expand marketing opportunities. Creation of the complex xRM-system including personal accounts of subscribers and dealers and also the public portal fell within the scope of responsibility of MAYKOR-GMCS. At the moment in a xRM-system about 600 internal users and more than 15,000 external users work.
"The xRM-system implemented in Tricolor TV is developed based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Within project implementation also other latest technologies of Microsoft corporation are used. There is a wish to thank a project team of Tricolor TV and to note that without their active participation from IT, analysts, users, without careful project management it was impossible to expect success", – Gudkova Svetlana, the development director of department of CRM, MAYKOR-GMCS noted.
Project Tasks
In a project deliverable Tricolor TV optimizes work with warehouse stocks smart and scratch cards. Specialists of operator will receive the tool for optimization of purchases of cards, taking into account the current remaining balance in warehouses of the company and distributors. Besides, Tricolor TV will check the movement of cards, beginning from the moment of receipt of the card with a warehouse of the producer and finishing it with purchase / activation by the subscriber, to control returns, to receive the necessary reporting.
"Project implementation will allow us not only in a new way to optimize processes of accounting released smart and scratch cards – their several millions, it is large volume – but also in the long term to optimize production processes of cards, to raise customer satisfaction service", – Roman Gotov, the Chief information officer of Tricolor TV company noted.
"For accounting of existence and the movement of cards by specialists of GMCS the module which is closely integrated with the standard modules Microsoft Dynamics AH 2012 R3 – "Settlings with suppliers", Inventory management, Management of warehouse is written. This module, along with standard functionality of the latest version of a product and other solutions GMCS will increase efficiency of accounting of access cards and payment, will display all necessary primary and report forms. Use of the latest version of a product will simplify further development of a system. Already by the end of summer we are going to put the solution into commercial operation", – Natalia Ovcharenko, the vice president of GMCS told.
