"Glavpit" automates management of restaurant

On July 14, 2014 it became known of creation of a system of management accounting in Glavpit company on the platform of the program "1C-Rarus: Management of restaurant". The implementer in the project 1C-Rarus company.

Project Tasks

The customer needed operational assessment of the situation in business and increase in control over work of personnel.

The management stopped the choice on the program "1C-Rarus: Management of restaurant". Implementation executed 1C-Rarus.

Project Results

A new system automated labor-consuming transactions of the cost accountant. The program facilitated problems of receipt of products, calculation of planned and actual cost of dishes.

The program controls current transactions of restaurant, helps with planning of further activity. Effective management of stocks of the company gives the chance most precisely to calculate the volume of necessary purchases and to reduce costs.

The program helps to avoid regrading, to reduce the number of write-offs, reducing thereby purchase costs of products. Automation increased control of actions of personnel, provided the management of detailed analytics about current status of affairs of restaurant.
