Soveren Bank

Soveren Bank is universal financial credit institution. The bank worked in the Russian banking system since 1995. For July 14, 2014 the main activities - crediting of legal entities and physical persons, settlement and cash and deposit service of commercial enterprises, attraction of financial resources of the population in deposits, plastic cards.

In April, 2016 the Central Bank Soveren Banka as the bank pursued the high risk credit policy connected with placement of money in low-quality assets revoked the license at Moscow explained the Bank of Russia. Internal control rules of credit institution for the purpose of counteraction of legalization (washing) of income gained in the criminal way, and to financing of terrorism did not conform to requirements of regulations of the Central Bank. At this Soveren Bank it was involved in carrying out doubtful transactions — to funds withdrawal abroad. The management and owners of credit institution did not take effective measures on normalization of its activity.
