In July, 2014 the Akelon company started project implementation of system implementation of customer relationship management of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 in Soveren Banke. The project duration of implementation will be only 4 months. At the exit the bank will receive the full-fledged CRM system meeting the key requirements of financial market.

Project Tasks

The bank in the development came to need to automate customer relationship management and to create unified information environment. The management initiated selection process of a system and contractors. Having browsed and having estimated some of the most widespread products, made the positive decision for benefit of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 system. As the contractor Akelon company.

Project Progress

Within an implementation project it is necessary to automate business processes:

  • car loans and credit cards,
  • deposits,
  • crediting and opening of accounts of legal entities,
  • active sales,
  • marketing,
  • call center,
  • management of problem debt.

For increase in the quality level of customer service it is necessary to integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013 with internal systems of bank, to provide training for all users of a system.

It is supposed that implementation will continue four months.
