Lo automates retail

On July 16, 2014 it became known of implementation in Lo company of a management system for network retail of RS-Balance 3 Retail.

The need for automation of retail network was long ago. The program and approach to work of the previous supplier (Retail Pro, Algoritm company) did not satisfy to requests and expectations of the company.

Existence of own retail and the partner shops opened on a franchize required implementation of the information system providing transparency of business processes both in Lo retail network, and in interaction with partner and franchasing business.

Project Progress

After market research, as the supplier of an automated system the RS-Balance company and its solution RS-Balance 3 Retail is selected.

Project Results

The effect of system implementation of automation became notable not at once. Forces and time were necessary for obtaining result.

Denis Dvurechensky, the development director of LO, noted: "The program is very flexible, with enormous functionality therefore often we had even to cut superfluous not to overload a system. All completions were carried out as soon as possible. Explicit desire of staff of RS-Balance qualitatively and quickly to finish process of implementation and to bring to our company benefit was felt. Looking back, we understand what we made correctly, having selected RS-Balance company from quality of the partner.
