History

2013: Selection of RS-Balance from R-Style Softlab

As soon as the transaction on sale of R-Style Softlab controlling stake to the Polish integrator Asseco Poland (the deal was closed in the middle of 2013) began, from the last the RS-Balance company which is engaged in development of the line of the same name of software products for automation of the enterprises separated. In March, 2014 told about this TAdviser in R-Style Softlab.

"The company was in our structure, but became independent after did not enter the transaction, - representatives of R-Style Softlab told TAdviser. - It is separate company with the product. All other product line of RS remained with us without changes".

On the official site of products of the line of RS-Balance it is specified that the R-Style Softlab Research company which was a part of R-Style was engaged in its development. At what moment the RS-Balance company was founded, in R-Style Softlab did not explain, having noted only that Elena Shatokhina became her CEO. Earlier she held a position of the CEO of R-Style Softlab Research.

RS-Balance is also registered as a part of R-Style holding. In addition to directly development and deployment of solutions, the key orientation of a company performance includes maintenance of applied automation systems for the sphere of trade and the industry.

Products

The following solutions are a part of a line of RS-Balance for March, 2014:

RS-Balance 3 ERP. This system is intended for management of wholesale and retail, production and distributor schemes of the enterprises. The software package includes opportunities which allow to automate head office, branches, warehouse complexes, outlets.

RS-Balance 3 Retail. This system gives the chance to manage all processes of trade enterprise: finance, warehouse, sales, purchases, customer relations, personnel. This software package includes the newest modern technologies of business process management of schemes of retail.

RS-Balance 3 WMS. Automation system of work of any warehouses of activity: production, trade, distribution, distributor, raw-material storages and also warehouses of 3PL-operators. It is developed on the basis of the software package RS-Balance 3.

RS-Balance 3 TMS. The control of transport which is owned by the company or uses hired transport for transportations. These are 3PL-operators, the companies which render transport services, or the carriers which are engaged wholesale or retail.

RS-Balance 3 CRM. Is a management system of reciprocal relationship with clients which is necessary for automation and customer interaction. To a large extent - for increase in sales, optimization of trade and improvement of work with clients. A system saves customer information and also the history of relationship with them, and allows to improve business processes for the subsequent analysis of the received results.
