The confectionery company "Evrika" optimizes work with documents

On July 16, 2014 it became known of implementation in Evrika company "1C: Document Flow 8". Works were carried out by Homnet Consulting company.

Project Tasks

Business development of Evrika LLC and the need for optimization of work with documents, demanded the organization of a system which will accelerate document flow in the company and out of it.

After market research on the best ratio "price/quality", the management of EVRIKA LLC made the decision on acquisition and implementation of the new software product "1C: Document Flow 8".

Project Progress

The partner in an implementation project and maintenances - Homnet Consulting company.

Are automated:

• accounting of the entering, outgoing and internal documents;
• storage of files, their collective editing and control of versions;
• the automated loading of documents from e-mail and from the scanner.

Project Results

With implementation of software "1C: Document Flow 8" the enterprise received the complete solution for automation of accounting and document storage, to interaction of employees. There was an opportunity:

• store internal documents and files in folder structure taking into account access rights;
• keep account and registration of the entering and outgoing correspondence.

Work of employees with texts of agreements and accompanying documents accelerated and became simpler.
