Energotekhservice began implementation of a MRO

On July 18, 2014 it became known of the beginning of an implementation project of the information management system maintenance and repairs on the basis of the software of TRIM in in Energotekhservice LLC. The implementer in the project NPP Spectec company.

Project Tasks

For Energotekhservice LLC processes of precautionary maintenance and repair (MRO) as reliable operation of the power equipment depends on them are crucial. At the same time objects of Energotekhservice LLC are distributed on the large territory, and are characterized by the wide nomenclature of the equipment. In such conditions planning, providing and the analysis of results of a MRO becomes an uncommon task, requires adequate information support and automation of transactions.

Having taken these statements as a basis, Energotekhservice LLC started implementation of the information management system of a MRO (MRO ISU). The contractor of the project selected NPP Spectec company. A system should be created on the basis of the software package TRIM of development of NPP Spectec.

Tasks which are subject to the solution first of all:

• automation of planning of periodic works on a MRO,
• the automated formation of need for spare parts and materials,
• transparent accounting of a remaining balance of warehouse stocks,
• costs planning on resources, required spare parts and materials.

The customer expects from the system of new opportunities of efficiency analysis of planning of a MRO, cost analysis on a MRO, the analysis of failures, their types, the reasons, effects and criticality, maintaining technical documentation.

Project Progress

Works in an implementation project of ISU of a MRO are begun in May, 2014. So far specialists of NPP Spectec conduct examination of processes and divisions of the customer.

Development of the project documentation is conducted: technical specifications, specifications on implementation, on creation of the database, on analytical and report forms.
